Custom LED sliding gate

This gate was a complete rebuild which Gates by Design felt that it needed to incorporate the existing signage and decorations. What better way to showcase this piece than to build the sign into the gate and through careful, precise installation we were able to add light automatically at dusk as well as turning off at dawn.

This truly complimented the property theme whilst adding safety down a long dark road, then drive.

Custom double swing driveway gate

Built using a 3mm aluminium wall hinged off 250mm mg macrocarpa posts for aesthetics and longevity. The post and 4 rail fence has been constructed with MG treated pine with all fixings being of 316 stainless steel. The gate allows to have views in and out of the property for security while still complimenting the rural feel.

Custom double swing pedestrian gate

Built for a family holiday bach which had themed a beach going vibe and where sometimes dolphins are seen from the shoreline. Using a multi-coloured frame the dolphins really popped. This made the grandkids happy and we were told it helped set the tonne every time the bach had visitors. The net result is a gate of superb strength and excellent durability. The gate can be powder coated or epoxy powder coated in more than just 1 colour of your choice.

Custom pedestrian gate

After completing quite a complex balustrade which is unique on its own, an after thought of building a gate to match the balustrade really had the drawing board choca-block, but it was still able to be done. The latch which Gates by Design soley designed and fabricated provided a discreet, fully functioning lockable latch. The hinges were an auto-closing hydraulic hinge with a snap back to help make sure closing happened every time without fail. From a distance the gate not only stands out but at the same time blends with the balustrade.
